Guidelines for AAAI-26 Poster Sessions
Presenters are responsible for printing, transporting, installing, and removing posters for their assigned session. Posters may be transported from your home print shop in a poster tube or cannister. Posters may also be printed locally; see below for resources.
Poster Size and Orientation
All posters should be PORTRAIT in orientation and should be no larger than A0 which is 841mm x 1190mm or 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches
To ensure the best display experience, posters should be printed on standard poster material that is slightly rigid. The use of the following materials is strictly prohibited:
- Any material with adhesive backing
- Foam board
- Fabric
- Laminated paper
- Plain lightweight paper
If the use of any of the above materials results in damage to the free-standing poster boards, presenter will be liable for the cost of damages.
Poster Installation and Removal Policy
Authors are responsible for installing their posters before their designated session and removing them immediately after the session concludes.
Main Technical Conference Poster installation details:
For the main technical conference poster sessions in the expo hall(s):
Posters must be installed between 8:00am and 11:45am on your session day. Do NOT install the day before—poster boards are cleaned nightly, and any lost or damaged posters will be replaced at your own expense.
- Your designated numbered poster spot will be assigned and communicated to you in advance.
- Please also refer to the AAAI-26 website the day before to verify your numbered spot as changes may occur at the last minute.
Main Technical Conference Poster removal details:
The expo hall closes daily at 4:30 PM sharp. Security will not permit access after this time. All posters must be removed before the hall closes, as the display boards must be cleared and ready for the next day’s presentations.
Posters remaining on display boards after 4:30 PM will be discarded without notice.
Bridges, Labs, Tutorials, and Workshops: Poster installation and removal details will be provided by your program organizers.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for all participants.
