AAAI-25 Sponsor Program
On behalf of the Conference Committee of the Thirty-Ninth AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI-25), we invite you to participate in the sponsor program for AAAI-25. The conference will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from February 25 to March 4, 2025 and is sponsored by the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
AAAI’s annual conference attracts over 4,000 AI researchers and practitioners, representing government, university and corporate research facilities from throughout the world. Your participation in the AAAI-25 Sponsor Program will give you instant visibility to this diverse group of AI professionals, representing a host of research areas such as search, planning, knowledge representation, reasoning, natural language processing, robotics and perception, multiagent systems, statistical learning, and deep learning, as well as applications in diverse domains such as healthcare, sustainability, transportation, and commerce. AAAI-25 will feature technical paper presentations, special tracks, invited speakers, workshops, tutorials, poster sessions, senior member presentations, competitions, and exhibit programs, and two new activities: a Bridge Program and a Lab Program. Many of these activities are tailored to the theme of bridges and all are selected according to the highest standards, with additional programs for students and young researchers.
As part of most levels of sponsorship, you will be provided with exhibit space throughout the technical portion of the conference. This heightened visibility will provide an opportunity for one-on-one exchange with conference participants. Whether you want to showcase your intelligent technology to the AI community, or tap into this incredible source of talent, AAAI-25 is the premier venue to accomplish these goals.
Named Events
The conference includes several major events that can be named in honor of major contributors. These naming opportunities bring very high visibility but are limited in number. We urge companies considering this level of support to contact AAAI as soon as possible. Preference will be given to companies who commit early and/or commit to support the event for multiple years. See the next section for the additional benefits of Emerald, Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsorships.
- Opening Reception: $100,000, with the Emerald sponsorship.
- Poster Session Reception: $60,000, with a Diamond sponsorship.
- Talk or Outreach Event: $30,000, with a Platinum sponsorship.
- Coffee Break: $20,000, with a Gold sponsorship.
Other suggestions may be considered upon request.

*To qualify as a small business for the bronze level, your organization must be categorized as a small business, as defined by the US Small Business Administration. (Manufacturing companies with 500 employees or fewer, or non-manufacturing businesses with average annual receipts under $7.5 million, qualify as a small business).

Ancillary Program Sponsorships
This sponsorship category is designed to foster relationships among the AI research community and industry partners during our ancillary programs (Bridges, Labs, Tutorials, and Workshops). Interested sponsors will select from the scheduled list of specific programs on February 25-26 and March 3-4, 2024.
Benefits include:
- (2) complimentary registrations to ancillary program of choice (registration can be upgraded to full conference for a fee)
- Sponsor logo recognition sign outside designated session room, Recognition slide in the ancillary program’s opening remarks, and Opportunity to have a display table in the back of the session room to engage in attendee discussions during break times
