This paper introduces an innovative approach on embedded infotronics agent (EIA)1 that will dramatically impact the future diversified industries. The key element of the EIA is a prognostics Watchdog Agent2 which will transform today’s ebusiness systems (B2B, B2C) into direct D2B (Device-to-Business) system3. This transformation, in junction with the fast changing tether-free technologies, will bring a profound value for the US industry to prosper and to compete globally.
