Applications of AI planning techniques, such as intelligent wargaming, require a methodology for developing the system and generating domain knowledge. A testbed architecture consists of simulator suite, reasoning engines, and well-defined interfaces developed to facilitate the eventual deployment of the AI system. In addition, human and system level interface issues will be discussed.
