The 2019 ICAPS conference was held 11–15 July 2019, in Berkeley, California USA. The proceedings was edited by J. Benton, Nir Lipovetzky, Eva Onaindia, David E. Smith, and Siddharth Srivastava.
The annual International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling (ICAPS) series was formed in 2003 through the merger of two preexisting biennial conferences, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Planning and Scheduling (AIPS) and the European Conference on Planning (ECP). ICAPS continues the traditional high standards of AIPS and ECP as an archival forum for new research in the field of automated planning and scheduling. The 91 papers included in this issue are those selected for presentation at ICAPS 2019 and represent the latest advances in the field of automated planning and scheduling. They have been organized into four tracks — a main conference track and three special tracks, consisting of novel applications, planning and learning, and robotics.
