Reservation requests received after 5:00pm local time at the Seaport on June 23, 2006 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. The group rate will be available three days prior and three days after the official meeting dates based on availability.
All room rates are net, non-commissionable and are quoted exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently 12.45 percent and a hotel inclusive charge of $3.00 per room per night, which are subject to change without notice. The Hotel Inclusive Charge is 100 percent distributed among all Seaport hourly employees, a group that extends beyond wait staff employees, service employees, and service bartenders as defined by Massachusetts State Law. The Hotel Inclusive Charge is not a tip or service charge as defined by the Massachusetts service charge and tip statute.
Reservations should be made directly with the Seaport Hotel by calling the hotel reservation department at the toll free number above prior to the cut-off date. Attendees must refer to “AAAI06” or “Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence” in order to receive the group rate. Reservations can also be made over the Internet at www.seaportboston.com. In doing so, please enter the Promo/Group Code AAII06. Rates cannot be changed after arrival for the guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
In order to confirm a guestroom assignment, the Seaport will require a major credit card for guarantee that will not be charged until after 6:00 pm on the arrival date. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. At the time of arrival, each guest must confirm departure date. Any early departure will be charged based on one night’s rate, 12.45 percent tax and $3.00 service charge. Seaport will deduct any collected nonrefundable fees from the amount the attendee may owe as performance or cancellation damages.
Valet parking for overnight guests at Seaport Hotel is $36.00 per day. Self-parking is available for $28.00 per day.
The Seaport Garage is a self-park facility with over 2,300 underground spaces in Boston. It is located beneath Seaport World Trade Center West, Seaport World Trade Center East, and the Seaport Hotel. Parking fees are $9.00 for 0–1 hour, $17 for 1–12 hours and $27 for 12–24 hours.

Airport Transportation
MBTA Silver Line Waterfront provides service from the WTC Station to Logan International Airport terminals every 10 minutes during the weekday and every 15 minutes during the weekend. Additionally, bus routes 448, 449, and 459 provide service to Logan Airport from the World Trade Center Boston/Seaport District via the Ted Williams Tunnel/I-90 West. Taxi service is provided just steps away at the Seaport Hotel. Additionally, water taxis are available from the Seaport WTC to the Logan Airport marine terminal where free grounds transportation awaits to all airport terminals. Rowes Wharf Water Taxi picks up at the MBTA Dock on the west side of the WTC by Dunkin Donuts (between the Spirit of Boston and Spirit Elite). City Water Taxi also provides water taxi service. The City Water Taxi dock is located at the east apron of WTC, next to Sovereign Bank.
