Can I still register for the conference? 

Yes, registration is open and must be processed online here: https://aaai.getregistered.net/conference-2024 

How do I access the Bridges / Labs / Tutorials / Workshops content on Underline? 

Verify that your registration confirmation includes this access. If it does and you still cannot access this content, contact aaai24@underline.io 

I am unable to present in person. Will my paper be removed from the conference proceedings?

Please email aaai24@aaai.org for information regarding eligibility for the proceedings.

I can’t present my paper in person. Can I present remotely? 

All programs offered at AAAI-24 are live and in-person. There are no remote presentations per the AAAI-24 author policies. If you are unable to present in person, please email aaai24@aaai.org.

My visa application was not approved, and I cannot attend the conference. Will I receive a refund for my registration?

The refund deadline has passed. Please email aaaireg@aaai.org for information regarding eligibility for a refund.

How do I update my presentation slides?
