Dear AI community:

Due to the extremely rapid growth in submissions, and to keep reviewing loads low enough that reviews remain of high quality, we are seeking additional program committee members for AAAI’20to help us review papers. With this call, we intend to expand and diversify the program committee, and to offer an opportunity for everyone to sign up. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please use this form.

Ideally, PC members have a history of publishing at AAAI or related top-tier conferences (e.g., ACL, CVPR, ICAPS, IJCAI, ICML, KR, NeurIPS, UAI, etc. — in fact we hope to bring in more qualified people who haven’t previously reviewed for AAAI) and normally should have already completed or be reasonably near the completion of their PhDs; however, exceptionally excellent candidates can always be considered, for example, who have published consistently and significantly in those venues in the last 2-3 years.

Note that serving on the scientific program committee of AAAI is a serious responsibility that requires not only a high level of scientific expertise and familiarity with the conference review process, but also a nontrivial time commitment for reviewing papers, availability for discussion, and a professional and responsible attitude. If you are up for those challenges, please sign up and help us to grow the community!

We will screen candidates. The form asks for the candidate’s DBLP publication page (to be given as a URL, e.g.,, which will help us screen candidates and which we will also use in other phases of the process.

Thank you for helping us to keep AAAI reviews at a consistently high quality.
