Technical Program Registration
The AAAI-19 technical program registration includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, invited talks, the AAAI Conference on Innovative Applications of Artificial Intelligence (IAAI-19), the Symposium on Educational Advances in Artificial Intelligence (EAAI-19), exhibits, demos, competitions, the opening reception, and access to AAAI-19/IAAI-19/EAAI-19 papers via the conference schedule and app. Workshop registration is available for an additional fee.

Tutorial Forum Registration

The AAAI-19 Tutorial Forum is open to all technical program registrants. In order to help the presenter and organizers plan for expected attendance, a small fee is required to guarantee your tutorial seat.
$20 Half-Day Tutorial
$10 Quarter-Day Tutorial
You may select as many tutorials as you wish on Sunday, January 27, and Monday, January 28, but please do not select concurrent tutorials. For a complete schedule and list of tutorial titles, please see the URL listed above. The appropriate fee will appear when you check out. If a tutorial is full, it will not appear on the selection list.

The workshop fee includes admission to one workshop and access to the associated electronic papers, if available. Workshop participation is sometimes limited to those active participants determined by the organizer prior to the conference. However, most workshops also allow general registration by other interested individuals. For more information, please contact the individual organizers.

Opening Reception and Poster/Demo Sessions
The AAAI-19 Opening Reception will be held on Monday evening, January 28, on the Great Lawn of the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel. The Poster/Demo Sessions will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, January 29-31, in the Coral Lounge of the Mid-Pacific Conference Center. Admittance to the opening reception and the conference-wide poster/demo sessions is included in the AAAI-19 technical program registration fee. Guests and children are welcome for the following fees:

AAAI will hold a Student Reception on Sunday evening, January 27, at 6:30pm. This event is designed to welcome first-time students to the conference and give them an opportunity to meet other participants before the launch of the main conference. If you are interested in joining us, please apply by checking the box on the registration form. All students are welcome!
Breakfast with Champions: A Women’s Mentoring Event
AAAI is holding its fifth annual women’s mentoring event for student mentees, junior professional mentees, and senior mentors in CS/AI. Breakfast with Champions will be Wednesday morning, January 30. If you are interested in joining us, please apply by selecting the appropriate registration category on the registration form. Attendance is limited.
- Student mentee: $15
- Junior professional mentee (last enrolled as a student no more than 5 years ago): $15

AAAI-19 Job Fair
The AAAI / ACM SIGAI AI Job Fair will be held Thursday, January 31 (12:30-3:00pm) and will provide an opportunity for a host of companies and institutions to highlight their current job opportunities. The Job Fair is open to all AAAI-19 technical program registrants. All other participants (employers and job seekers) must register by selecting from the following categories:
- Job Fair Only Attendee: $25 (no technical registration)
- Job Fair Employer: $150 (Overall participation fee)
- AAAI-19 Platinum/Gold Sponsor Employer: Complimentary (please contact AAAI for code: email@example.com)
- AAAI-19 Bronze/Silver Sponsor/Exhibitor Employer: $75
- Job Fair Booth Staff: Complimentary (please contact AAAI for code: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Payment / Visa Information
Payment of registration fees is required at the time of registration. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB are also accepted. Registration applications must be submitted online by the registration deadlines to qualify for reduced rates. Qualifying students will be asked to upload proof of student status during the online registration process.
The deadline for refund requests is January 9, 2019. All refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration and Badge Pick-Up
Onsite registration and badge pick-up will be located in the foyer of the Coral Ballroom on the sixth Floor of the Mid Pacific Conference Center at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, 2005 Kalia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815, USA. Registration hours will be Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, January 27-29, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Wednesday and Thursday, January 30-31, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; and Friday, February 1, 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM. All attendees must pick up their registration packets/badges for admittance to programs.
