Recognition and Learning of Unknown Objects in a Hierarchical Knowledge-base

We present here a knowledge updation mechanism based on a semantic-net like knowledge organization scheme. By considering learning as aa extension to recognition of unknown objects, pre-updation analysis ensures consistency in the resulting knowledge base.
