Abstract:
The Emotion AI Engine is a software engine that can simulate and generate "Artificial Emotion" and personality. The core design of the engine is based on the neural and hormonal systems that form the conceptual basis of emotional behavior and the variations between the structure and functioning of those systems that give rise to personality. It is able to simulate and generate a wide range of gross emotional type behaviors (face, body gestures and actions) that are appropriate to a given age, gender, personality with mood.
