An Adaptive Speech Recognizer that Learns using Short and Long Term Memory

The world is constantly changing and new words and concepts are continually being created. Therefore, Spoken Language Systems need to be able to function in a dynamic environment and adapt. In this paper, we propose a number of ways a supervisor can modify the recognizer without the need for costly, esoteric developer knowledge.
