Bayesian Memory, a Possible Hardware Building Block for Intelligent Systems

We have developed a functional module, called a Bayesian Memory, which we believe encapsulates some of the best characteristics of neural and Bayesian models. We are also studying the implementation of the Bayesian Memory using hybrid CMOS and nanogrid technologies. These are models and hardware that, we believe, will allow significant scaling.
